Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, recently shared a hilarious AI-generated video on social media platform X. The video shows an AI-generated virtual fashion show featuring global political leaders and tech giants. As Elon Musk shared the video, in the caption of the post, he wrote, “High time for an AI fashion show.”
The AI-generated Fashion show features political leaders such as Vladimir Putin, Joe Biden, Donald Trump, Kim Jong Un, Justin Trudeau, Xi Jing Ping, PM Narendra Modi and others donning various outfits. Apart from them, founders like Elon Musk himself, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, and Tim Cook, among others are also shown in the clip.
Politicians in Unique Attire
Clocking under two minutes, the AI-generated runway show opens with Pope Francis wearing an extravagant puffer coat. Russian President Vladimir Putin in a rainbow-colored strapless Louis Vuitton-inspired gown and US President Joe Biden is featured wearing aviator sunglasses and a camouflage-suit going down the runway in a wheelchair.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi stood out in a vivid, multicoloured long coat with geometric symbols and motifs. The look was completed with black sunglasses adding a chique look. Unlike the other virtual models, who have one runway look, former US President Barack Obama has 13 ensembles including two gladiator ones imprinted with ‘Hope.’ Former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton can be seen in a red outfit with ‘Supreme’ sans ‘e’ printed over it.

China’s President Xi Jinping can be seen wearing a teddy bear print suit with ‘CPP’ written on the belt and holding a cartoon inspired bag. Former US President Donald Trump is in an orange prison-like jumpsuit with ‘LV’ logos on the chest and with dangling handcuffs. North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un is wearing a chunky gold chain and hooded coat covered with images of him and ‘Kim’ printed across the chest.

Pokes Fun at Microsoft Outage
The AI Fashion Week video shared by Elon Musk pokes fun at the recent Microsoft outage. Former Microsoft CEO Bill Gates is depicted walking the fashion runway with a laptop, which encounters the infamous Blue Screen of Death, referring to the issue faced by Microsoft users worldwide on 19th July, caused by a CrowdStrike update. Elon Musk himself also features in the video, first bare-chested in a sumo wrestler outfit and then in a black Tesla-emblazoned superhero suit. Mark Zuckerberg is seen in the AI video first in a bathing suit with a ‘FB’ logo and later in a green bodysuit.

Elon Musk’s X post is a compilation of politics, technology and celebrity culture. The unique and attention-grabbing video quickly gained widespread traction, going viral in no time after being posted.
